By booking an appointment with Atelier Mane, you agree to the following terms:
1. Booking & Deposits

To secure an appointment, you may be required to provide a valid credit card or pay a non-refundable deposit.

Deposits will be applied toward the final cost of your service.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations made with less than the required notice may result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.

"No-shows" (failing to arrive without notice) will be charged the full price of the service.
3. Late Arrivals

If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule your appointment to avoid impacting other clients.

Standard cancellation fees may apply if we are unable to perform the service due to lateness.
4. Service Satisfaction

We want you to love your hair! If you are unhappy with your service, please let us know within 7 days so we can discuss a complimentary adjustment. We do not offer full refunds on services rendered.
5. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including, but not limited to, safety concerns, health issues (e.g., lice or open scalp wounds), or inappropriate behavior.
6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. The terms in place at the time of your booking will apply to that specific appointment.
